About

Ken Koozin is a graduate of the University of Southern California.  Upon graduation, he entered public accounting with a local CPA firm.  Starting with a local firm allowed Ken the opportunity to work directly with the top executives of his clients while providing him with the experience necessary to be a top flight accountant.  Later, that CPA firm merged with an international CPA firm providing access to clients, training and experience not available in a smaller firm.

Ken later decided to try private industry.  Working as a controller or CFO for a variety of companies, again from the small mom and pop type businesses to international, growth oriented business working on multi-million dollar international acquisitions.

Ken returned to public accounting, working again for a smaller, entrepreneurial CPA firm.  The attraction was the opportunity to work one on one, closely with his clients, helping them to succeed in their business, minimize their taxes.  He has now branched out on his own to be able to better serve his clients.
Ken is a member of the AICPA, California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
